Thinking about a career as a maker? Tanya Gomez discusses her profession as a ceramicist with Crafts Council mentor, Samia Ashraf

Samia Ashraf will ask Tanya Gomez questions about her career, the creative path she chose to follow and how to make a living as a maker. Following her time at the RCA, Tanya now shows her work in New Craftsman, Contemporary Applied Art and Collect as well as acting as a ceramics technician at Brighton University. She will discuss how to balance passion and profit, applying for funding and how to decide what kind of maker you are.
